Facing a weekend that intimidates me—lots of tasks, the tension between serving well and carrying too much. I'm asking God for acceptance and willingness, and for wisdom about what weight is mine to carry.
It's true this weekend is intimidating me a little bit Lord I don't know if I'm looking forward to it. I know it's gonna be a lot of tasks so just help me to be able to accept that there's gonna be times when I feel like that I'm doing a lot of work and that's OK. I also need to be the one who is willing to go out of my way to make other people enjoy their time. Amen.
