If you have used Christia — including signing in through Facebook — you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using either of the options below.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to remove your data is to delete your account directly from within Christia:

1. Sign in to your account at christia.ai.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

Your account and personal data will be removed from active systems within thirty (30) days of the request.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot sign in or prefer to make the request by email, send a message to admin@christia.ai with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your Christia account, or — if you signed in with Facebook — the email Facebook shared with us.

We will verify the request and remove your personal data from active systems within thirty (30) days.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your profile, conversations with The Teacher, journal entries, annotations, reflections, reading history, and other personal content associated with your account. Routine system backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
