"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Weariness isn't weakness — it's a signal that you've been carrying something heavy. Jesus sees exactly where you are right now, and His invitation isn't to push harder or pretend you're fine. It's to come as you are, exhausted and all, and let Him carry what you can't. Rest isn't something you earn by finishing everything first. It's something He offers because He knows you need it now.
